All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-8 days for domestic orders. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday period and international orders.
International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Returns
We understand that online shopping experiences can sometimes be stressful. If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your product, please don't hesitate to contact support. We're here to help and will gladly offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days, using your original payment method. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once the request has been verified and approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have curated each Lunaire candle jar to be reusable so that we can reduce waste and be more environmentally considerate.
When your candle has been burned down to 10mm, you can follow these simple steps to refill your jar with a new scent.

To remove the remaining wax, fill your Lunaire jar with hot water. After a few minutes, the wax should float to the surface. Dispose of the leftover solution safely (do not pour down the drain) or wait until the wax solidifies on the top and then dispose of it. Clean the inside of your jar with warm soapy water.
Once your Lunaire jar is dry, you are ready to insert your refill. Peel the adhesive sticker on the base of the refill and then slide it into the jar. Gently press the refill down so that the adhesive sticks to the bottom of the jar. Stick on the new scent label on your lid and your new candle is ready to go!
