Does the Forever Jar come with a candle included?
Yes — when purchased as a candle set it includes a scented pod. Forever Jars are also available on their own if you already have refill pods you'd like to use.
How do I refill my candle?
Once your candle is finished, clean and completely dry your Forever Jar. Peel the adhesive tab from the bottom of your new refill pod, nestle it gently into the jar, and press lightly to secure. Light and begin again.
How much does engraving cost?
It's completely free. Because the most meaningful details — the quiet words, the names you treasure — should never come with an extra charge.
