Lifetime warranty on every jar
Used normally — burning Lunaire candles and refills — the jar holds its shape and its finish for life. If it ever doesn't, we replace it. It doesn't cover drops, knocks, or uses we didn't intend.
Email support@lunaire.au with a photo and your order number. That's the whole process.
30 days to change your mind
If it isn't what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days for a refund, less shipping. Unused refills in their original packaging can be exchanged for a different scent — you cover return postage, and we don't charge a restocking fee.
One exception, said plainly: engraved pieces are made to order and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Everything you need answered
Is the engraving really free?
Yes — it's valued at $15 and included at no cost. Names, dates, short messages and affirmations are all covered. Line drawings and logos are the only extras, and they're priced separately.
How many characters can I engrave?
Any character count we quote is a guide rather than a hard limit, because it depends on the font and the letters themselves — a row of capital Ws takes far more room than a row of lowercase Is.
The Deluxe jar is larger, so it fits more per line. If your message runs long we may set it across multiple lines so it stays easy to read.

Can I return an engraved candle?
No — engraved pieces are made to order for one person, so they're final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Everything unengraved is covered by our standard 30-day returns.
What if they don't like the scent?
Two answers. First, every refill fits every Forever Jar of the same size, so they can simply change it whenever they like — the jar is the gift, the scent is swappable.
Second, if a refill is unused and still in its original, undamaged packaging, we'll exchange it for a different scent within 30 days. You'd cover the return postage, but there's no restocking fee.
When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, then take 3–8 days in transit within Australia. Allow up to about eleven days door to door, and a little longer for engraved pieces, which are made to order.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and we'll send it directly. There's no invoice or pricing in the box, so they'll never see what you spent.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes, and it's free. Write your message in the order notes field at checkout and we'll print it and pack it with the gift.
Do I need to wrap it?
No. Every set arrives in our signature gift packaging, ready to hand over as it is. The packaging is plastic-free.
What's the difference between Original and Deluxe?
Size. The Original takes a 190g pod; the Deluxe takes a 420g pod and burns for roughly 60–70 hours. The Deluxe sets also clear our $110 free shipping threshold.
Do refills fit every jar?
Yes, within the same size — Original pods fit Original jars, Deluxe pods fit Deluxe jars, in any colour, from any collection. They'll never be locked into one scent.
What does a refill cost?
Refills start at $25.95. That's the whole idea — the jar is bought once and kept, and only the candle inside gets replaced.
What are they made of?
100% natural soy wax with perfume-grade fragrance oils, and a wooden wick for a soft, even burn. Hand-poured in the Blue Mountains, in plastic-free packaging.
What if the jar breaks?
Every Forever Jar carries a lifetime warranty. Under normal use it will keep its shape and finish, and if it doesn't we'll replace it. Email support@lunaire.au with a photo and your order number.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Do you do corporate or bulk gifting?
