Standard turnaround is 5 business days — 10 for engraved orders. Once final payment is received, your gifts ship Australia-wide, ready to impress.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our tiered pricing begins at 5 candles, making it easy to access bulk discounts. For smaller projects — even a single engraved candle — we're flexible and happy to accommodate.
One-off or low-quantity orders are priced at standard rates without volume discounts.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. We provide engraved samples so you can experience the quality of our Forever Jars before confirming a larger order.
Samples are billed at standard RRP, but if you proceed with a corporate order, we credit the sample cost toward your bulk invoice.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our standard turnaround is 5 business days. For engraved orders, please allow up to 10 business days.

Do you offer bulk discounts or custom quotes?

Yes — we deliver Australia-wide. We can also arrange multi-address shipping if you'd like gifts sent directly to your clients or team members.
