Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive within ten days for domestic orders. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday period and international orders.

International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Returns
We understand that online shopping experiences can sometimes be stressful. If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your product, please don't hesitate to contact support. We're here to help and will gladly offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days, using your original payment method. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once the request has been verified and approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
