Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-8 days for domestic orders. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday period and international orders.
International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Returns
We want every Lunaire piece to feel just right. If something isn’t quite what you hoped for, we offer a 30-day refund on eligible items—excluding shipping costs—back to your original payment method.
Please note: engraved or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds
Once the request has been verified and approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
