How do I refill my candle?  

After you have enjoyed your candle, wash your Lunaire jar with hot soapy water. Insert your refill and enjoy your new scent!

Can I buy now and pay later? 

Yes, Lunaire offers payment via AfterPay and PayPal where you can chose to pay in four interest-free instalments for your order. 

Are the products vegan?

Yes!
Our rigorous quality standards mean that it is integral that we use premium ingredients that do not negatively impact the environment or your health. We have consciously chosen to use a natural soy wax blend in our candles which are devoid of petroleum, paraffin and parabens and are completely vegan.

Why is the surface of my candle uneven?

As a result of using soy wax, there is a possibility that your candle's surface may develop frosting or crystallising, resulting in a white coating that may cause an uneven appearance.

Frosting is a sign that your candle is made from natural soy wax, and all soy waxes may frost to some degree. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and is particularly unique to vegetable waxes, particularly soy. 

These natural occurrences do not affect the candle's burning properties, so you can still enjoy the soothing ambiance of your candle as usual.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! For all orders over $75, you are automatically eligible for free standard (Australia wide) shipping. 

International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA and Canada, Ireland & UK. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Keep in mind that once your order has been packed and dispatched (typically within 48 hours), it may not be possible to make changes or cancellations. Therefore, it's important to reach out to our support team promptly for timely assistance.

What is the return policy? 

With standard domestic shipping you can expect your order to arrive within  2 to 10 business days.
With express domestic shipping your order should arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
For all international orders expect your delivery to arrive within 10-14 days.
