Refill in Three Simple Steps

When about 10mm of wax remains, it’s time to refresh. Simply freeze your Forever Jar for minimum one hour.

Using a spoon, gently lift out the wax layer - either discard it or use it in a wax melter. Wash and dry your jar so it’s ready for its next ritual.

Peel the adhesive sticker from the base of your refill and place it snugly inside the jar. Press down to secure, then light with your rechargeable lighter - and your ritual is ready to begin again.

your Forever Jar.

Freeze the old wax
When around 10mm of wax remains, place your jar in the freezer for 1 hour. The wax contracts and lifts out cleanly.
Clean & dry your jar
Lift out the wax with a spoon. Wash and dry your Forever Jar — any leftover wax can be saved for a wax melter.
Place, press & light
Peel the adhesive from the refill base. Lower it into your jar, centre it, press down firmly until it's flush and secure. Light, and the ritual returns.

Step One
The Freezer Technique.
When around 10mm of wax remains, it's time. Place your Forever Jar in the freezer for at least one hour. As the wax cools, it contracts slightly — and when you return, it will have pulled away from the edges of the jar.
Use a spoon to gently lift the wax disc out. It should come away cleanly in one piece. Don't discard it — leftover wax works beautifully in a wax melter and carries the same scent. Wash the jar with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before placing your new refill.
Alternative method — Hot Water
No freezer? You can also pour a small amount of boiling water into the jar — just enough to cover the wax. As the water cools, the wax will lift to the surface and solidify. Discard the water, remove the wax disc, then wash and dry your jar as usual.
Step Two
Place Your New Refill.
Peel the adhesive sticker from the base of your new refill. Lower it carefully into the centre of your Forever Jar. Press down firmly until the refill sits flush and fully secure against the base — this matters. A refill that isn't properly seated can affect how the candle burns.
Step Three
Enjoy.
Light it with a long-reach or rechargeable lighter, and the ritual returns. The same scent, the same jar, a new beginning. Each refill isn't just a replacement — it's a continuation. A mark of something that stays.
